OneCLIQ in two minutes.
Read this top to bottom once and you’ll know what each tool does, which one you need, and exactly how to use it. Steps 4 and 5 are optional.
What OneCLIQ is
OneCLIQ is a free, open-source toolkit for people who use GitHub. You paste a GitHub link, and it does one of three jobs: picks the right file to download, reviews a pull request, or adds a skill to your AI coding agent. It runs in your browser with no sign-up. There’s also a terminal tool, oqgit, that does the same things.
It does
- Pick the file that fits your computer
- Show evidence of where a file came from
- Rank code problems and suggest fixes
- Install playbooks your agent can follow
It never
- Hosts, changes or re-packages files
- Installs or runs anything for you
- Asks for an account or a password
- Reviews private code on the website
Pick what you need
Finish the sentence “I want to…”:
- …download an app or tool from GitHub. Use Download.Paste the project’s GitHub link. You get the one file for your computer, checked.
- …check a pull request before I merge it. Use Review.Paste the PR link. You get issues ranked by risk, a verdict and a fix prompt.
- …make my coding agent better at a task. Use Skills.Search for the task. Copy one line and your agent learns the playbook.
Use it in your browser
Nothing to install. Each tool is three moves:
Download
- 1Open the project on github.com and copy the address from your browser’s address bar.
- 2Paste it into the box on the Download page. Your system and chip are filled in for you.
- 3Press Find download, then Download. Open “Trust report” if you want to see who built it.
Review
- 1Copy a pull request link, like github.com/owner/repo/pull/12. A branch or compare link works too.
- 2Paste it on the Review page. Optionally add one line saying what the change should do.
- 3Read the verdict and findings. Press Copy on the fix prompt and paste it into your coding agent.
Skills
- 1Search for what you’re working on, like “database migrations”, or pick a domain.
- 2Open a skill to read it, choose your agent, and copy the install command.
- 3Run it in your project folder. Next time you ask your agent about that task, it uses the skill.
Use your terminal
Install oqgit if you’d rather type than click, or need private repositories. Copy the line for your system into a terminal, then try oqgit sharkdp/bat.
curl -fsSL https://onecliq-eta.vercel.app/install | shChecks for Node.js 20+, installs without sudo, and tells you if anything else is needed.
Connect your coding agent
Using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI or VS Code? Add OneCLIQ once and just ask in plain words: “find a skill for safe database migrations and install it.”
Then request a review
/oqgit:review https://github.com/owner/repo/pull/12Or type / and select oqgit:review from the MCP prompts.
Gemma needs a Gemini key in the server environment. Without one, your agent can review the fetched diff with its own model. Local reviews use the server’s working directory.
$ claude mcp add oqgit -- npx -y onecliq mcpStay safe
- “Recommended” is about fit, not safety. It means the file matches your computer. Only install software from projects you trust.
- Malware checks find known malware only. A clean result is evidence, not a guarantee.
- Reviews send the diff to Google’s Gemini API. The website only reviews public repositories; use
oqgit reviewfor private code.
Get the right download
Paste a GitHub link and get the file built for your computer, checked for tampering and known malware.
